2. Data we process
When creating and using a customer account, name, email address, phone number, saved delivery addresses, favorites and account settings may be processed. For orders, order contents, prices, delivery or pickup information, order status, requested time and payment method are also stored.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used to provide customer accounts, fulfill orders, coordinate deliveries or pickups, assign payments, send order confirmations and status information, and operate the web shop technically.
4. Online payments
Credit card and TWINT payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Payment data such as full card numbers is not stored in this web shop. Stripe may process its own data for payment processing under its privacy policy.
5. Email delivery
Order confirmations, status messages and password-reset emails are sent through the SMTP mail server configured for the web shop. Recipient data and message content required for delivery are transmitted to the mail server.
6. Cookies and sessions
Technically necessary session cookies are used for customer and administration sessions. The cart may also be stored locally in the browser so it remains available when changing pages.
7. Server logs
When accessing the web shop, technically necessary server data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information may be processed in server logs. This data is used in particular for security, error analysis and technical operation.
8. Retention period
Personal data is stored only for as long as required for the relevant purpose or by statutory retention obligations. When a customer account is deleted, login data, saved addresses and favorites are removed; order records required for business purposes may still be retained.
9. Rights
Customers can download their stored account data, change account details and delete their customer account. Further requests for access, correction or deletion can be submitted using the stated contact details.
10. Changes
This privacy policy may be updated if functions, services used or legal requirements change.
